GSMA (GSM Association) represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide. Spanning more than 220 countries, the GSMA unites nearly 800 of the world’s mobile operators with 250 companies in the broader mobile ecosystem, including handset and device makers, software companies, equipment providers and Internet companies, as well as organisations in industry sectors such as financial services, healthcare, media, transport and utilities.

GSMA – Our Work

The GSMA produces industry-leading events such as Mobile World Congress and Mobile Asia Expo. Mobile World Congress is the world’s leading mobile conference with over 80,000 attendees and is hosted annually every February in Barcelona, Spain. Everyone connected to mobile is there from handset manufacturers, who normally launch their latest ‘phones, to brands, content providers and start-ups.

The Creative Grid have provided video production services in Barcelona every year since we were founded in 2011. We’ve interviewed over one hundred brands, created promo videos for mPowered Industries, mPowered Brands and several conferences within the main conference for clients including Eye for Travel, the Mobile Media Summit, NAB and the European Connected Healthcare Alliance. Our content is also often used to promote product launches or new campaigns at the show including the official ad for the augmented reality app that was used at the conference along with this promo for Coca-Cola which was beamed into over 12,000 hotel rooms as well as the giant jumbotrons at the show. We always use local crews, including talented filmmakers who can normally be found working on Spanish TV programmes, including La Liga and Barcelona F.C. This video in 2014 was for of a local Catalan artist’s visual interpretation of the main stories at the show including a visit from Mark Zuckerberg.
